Why should I use your system over my free Alexa or Google Home?
We work with most major device manufacturers and can incorporate those products into our solution. Because of device incompaibility with some manufacturers, you may not be able to incorporate all your devices into one Alexa or Google Home hub. You will likely find that you need 3-7 different apps in order to maximize the features of your lights, sensors, cameras and controllers. Additionally, you have a separate app for security and monitoring.

How can I program my lights for custom scenes?
Our app has a sophisticated Idea Engine that is able to help you automate the process of linking devices and creating custom scenes. For example, "do you want your back porch light to turn on when the back door opens from sunset to sunrise?" The Idea Engine will suggest that scene, along with hundreds of other more complex scenarios.

Will my lights still work if I cancel service?
Your lights, cameras and devices belong to you. We are here to make your life more convenient and secure. If you choose to cancel your service, your existing equipment will continue to work and we will not lock down the device. However, you will not be able to benefit from true Home Automation without our service and support.
